Application

Our negative pressure–resistant silicone tube is a dedicated pipeline accessory designed to address common failure issues associated with standard silicone hoses used in vacuum equipment, including tube collapse under negative pressure, air leakage, permanent deformation, and rapid aging.

Unlike thin-wall spliced silicone tubes available on the market, our hose is manufactured using an integrated seamless extrusion molding process with a uniformly thickened tube wall. This design helps maintain stable pipeline circulation in long-term, continuous negative pressure working environments, effectively reduces vacuum pump energy consumption, and minimizes equipment downtime caused by pipeline failure.

Made from high-purity silicone raw material without recycled rubber or harmful plasticizers, we offer three material grades for different industries: general industrial grade, food-contact grade, and medical sterilization grade. The silicone material features excellent tear resistance, ozone aging resistance, and resistance to oil and acid corrosion. After long-term use in high- and low-temperature conditions and oily/humid workshop environments, it will not harden, crack, turn yellow, or deform. The operating temperature range is -60°C to 200°C, enabling performance under a wide variety of demanding vacuum operating conditions.

The seamless, one-piece extrusion process eliminates splicing gaps that can easily lead to air leakage. Numerically controlled precision cutting produces smooth, burr-free pipe orifices, ensuring a tight fit with various vacuum pipe joints and preventing pressure loss caused by air leakage. The thickened tube wall significantly enhances resistance to collapse under negative pressure. Even at the limit vacuum value of industrial pumps, the tube body will not shrink or block the flow channel, ensuring continuous and stable negative pressure adsorption by the equipment.

We keep a large inventory of standard-size silicone tubes in stock to support fast delivery within 48 hours. For customized bulk orders, we ensure a stable production schedule and provide complete moisture-proof, compression-resistant export packaging to help prevent tube deformation during long-distance sea transport. Free test samples are available for all customers. In addition, our professional silicone technical team provides one-on-one guidance for selecting the appropriate pipeline specifications based on your equipment’s negative pressure parameters.
